LZ Action 1971

LZ Action 1971 - smoke billows up from an airstrike. Company C was on a mission in the mountains
around LZ Action and called in an airstrike on a mountain nearby. From LZ Action we could see the bomb hits.

with Highway 19 winding around it. Some of the defoliated vegetation is beginning to come back.

I took this and the following pictures while riding on an M548 track of the 1/10 Cav. We were bringing
a re-supply to C 1/22 who were out in the mountains around LZ Action.
