Ronnie A Hillman of Deshler, NE, the son of Alvin and Gladys (Bartles) Hillman was born November 7, 1946 in Deshler, NE.
He departed this life Saturday October 22, 2011 at his home in Deshler, NE with loved ones at his side after a battle with cancer.

He was baptized on December 1, 1946 at Peace Lutheran Church in Deshler, and confirmed with Keith on April 3, 1966 in Denver, CO.

When Ronnie was young the family moved to Trumble, NE, where Ronnie attended school. After school he moved to Denver, CO
where he was inducted into the United States Army on July 25, 1966 serving a tour in Vietnam and honorably discharged February 26, 1970.
After the service he returned to Denver where he was a warehouse manager. In 1990 he moved back to Deshler working for the
J.L. Hopken Co. and then 12 years from 1996 to 2008 for Aurora Coop in Sedan, NE before retiring.

Ronnie like to play cards, pool, golf and especially spending time with his family and his special friend Deb.

He is preceded in death by his parents, and one sister Debbie Bialek.

He is survived by special friend Deb Langmade of Deshler, NE, one brother Keith Hillman and wife Terri of Deshler, NE,
son Lonnie Hillman of CA and daughter Lorraine Hillman of AK, other relatives and a host of friends.

Following Ronnie's wishes he was cremated. A memorial service will be Thursday October 27, 2011 at 2pm at Peace Lutheran Church
in Deshler, NE. Officiant pastor Phil Nielsen, organist Julia Pohlmann, congregational hymns “Amazing Grace”, and
“One There Is Above All Others”, honorary casket bearers; Doug Grupe, Mike Finke, Ginger Ridolfi, Leonard Heyen, Dan Judy,
and Roger Finke, inurnment will be in Peace Lutheran Cemetery, military graveside service by Deshler American Legion
