Lawrence James “Jim” Anders, age 71 of Hazel Park, Michigan and formerly of Warren, Michigan passed away on March 9, 2022
at Ascension St. John Hospital, Warren, Michigan. He was born on November 8, 1950 in Detroit, Michigan to Earl and Ethel
(maiden Danhauser) Anders.

Beloved Husband of Linda Ann Anders. They were married on August 9, 2014 in Warren, Michigan.

Dear Father of Jennifer (Jeffery) Cornelius and Marie Doll. Grandfather of Jamie Mae Cornelius, Jace Dallas Cornelius, Nichole Sadowski,
Noel Doll, Nina Dorre and Naomi Haslett. Great-Grandfather of Issabella Doll, Benjamin Doll, Jaysen Sadowski, Zachary Sadowski,
Aurora Dorre and Christian Dorre. Brother of Chuck Anders, Ruth Plott, Elsie Sagert, George Anders, Al Anders, John Anders,
Kay Patterson, Naomi Woods and Martha Wright.

Jim worked for Big Boy’s Restaurant for 40 years. He proudly served in the U. S. Army from 1970 to 1973 serving in Vietnam
earning a National Defense Service Metal, Vietnam Service Medal with 2 Bronze Stars, Vietnam Campaign Medal,
Combat Infantryman Badge, Good Conduct Medal (1st Award) and a Marksman Expert (M-14).

Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 12th from 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm with the Funeral Service at 6:00 pm at Hopcroft Funeral Home,
31145 John R. Road, (1 block N. of 13 Mile Road, west side of John R. Road), Madison Heights, Michigan.

In lieu of flowers, please donate to Wounded Warrior Project, American Cancer Society, St. Pio Pietrelcina Church in Roseville, Michigan
or to Linda Anders to be designated to Jim’s favorite causes.
