After serving with 1/22
Infantry, SSG Farris transferred to 4/7 Cavalry,
2nd Infantry Division in Korea. He later served in Vietnam for
two tours of duty
with 1/28 Infantry, 1st Infantry Division.
David L. Farris had a long and
distinguished military career.
