Squad Leader and later Platoon Sgt. of Company B, 1st Battalion, 22nd Infantry of the 4th Infantry Division.
Located in the Central Highlands of Viet Nam with headquarters at Pleiku, An Khe and Kontum.

Nickname: CHEYENNE.
Came from the fact that ‘Nervecenter’ thought I looked like the character in the TV Western ‘Cheyenne’.

 

Feb. 1969 to July 1969: Ft Lewis Washington.

July 1969 to July 1970: Republic of Viet Nam.

July 1970 to Feb. 1971: Ft. Carson Colorado.

RAIDER ONE : 1st Platoon
RAIDER TWO : 2nd Platoon
RAIDER THREE : 3rd Platoon
RAIDER FOUR : 4th Platoon (Mortar and Light Artillery)
