Gary "Hollywood" Baker---- 1st Platoon, B 1/22 1970

Self portrait....
Had to wear shades for a long time,
because "Red" stepped on and broke my glasses.
Hence the nickname "Hollywood"
20 years old

My ruck -- May - Oct 1970

"Pretty Boy Floyd" on left, Tommy Aguillar next to him

Self portrait out in the bush

"Mr. Soul Romeo"
I don't remember his name but he's from Detroit
and was an assistant gunner on an M60 machine gun team.
1 of 3 on a team / two teams in a squad /
one squad per platoon of 25 men strong
This man is good and he is my brother and I miss him

SGT Mack - from PA?

I said "Hey Doc" ..... he looked up
and I shot him with my camera, finally.
He used to wake us up every morning 0600 (6 a.m.)
for our malaria pills
