indicates he sailed overseas in April 1944.
He was assigned to Company D as
a Sergeant from the 4th Infantry Division replacement pool
on July 13, 1944.
Sergeant Pallo was listed as
missing in action in Germany, in the area near Sellerich,
during the 22nd Infantry's first penetration into Germany, on
September 17, 1944.
On September 18, 1945, his status was changed to Finding Of
Death, declared dead.
