in the section of Former Members of the Regiment under Company A with a home of
residence of New Market, Virginia.

The Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency, Unaccounted-for Remains, Group B, 1941-1975
gives his date of birth as December 23, 1921.

On his draft registration card from 1942 his birth was indicated as December 23, 1920 at Annapolis, Maryland,
and that he worked as a civilian employee at the Norfolk Navy Yard in Portsmouth, Virginia.

In the Rosters of World War II Dead from the Quartermaster General’s Office his religion
is listed as Protestant.

His Army serial number indicates he was drafted into the Army.

He was assigned to Company A from the 14th Replacement Depot on December 26, 1944.

Private Norman L. Neff was listed as Missing In Action in Germany on January 14, 1945.
He was declared dead with a Finding Of Death date of January 15, 1946.
