Adren Kenneth Marah was born in Odin, Wright County, Missouri on August 17, 1919.
He was drafted into the Army on
September 1, 1944 at Jefferson Barracks, Missouri. His home
of residence was listed as Kansas City, Missouri and his civilian
occupation was listed as
general farmers. He had completed grammar school and was married.
His religion was listed as Protestant.
He was assigned to Company C from the 48th Replacement Battalion on February 8, 1945.
Private Marah was killed in action in Germany on March 4, 1945, near the town of Schwirzheim.

Adren K. Marah was originally
buried in the temporary U.S. Military Cemetery,
Foy Cemetery, Bastogne, Belgium in Block H Row 9 Grave 223 and
his remains were later
transferred and buried in Henri-Chapelle, in the 1947-1949 time
frame, when the temporary
cemeteries were shut down.
