Frank George Huth was born in Shakopee, Scott County, Minnesota on March 7, 1914.

He was drafted into the Army on September 21, 1943 at Los Angeles, California. His home of residence as listed
as Hennipin County, Minnesota and his civilian occupation was listed as Unskilled Cooperage Occupations.
He had completed grammar school and was married. His religion was listed as Catholic.

He was assigned to Company C from the 4th Infantry Division
replacement pool on June 13, 1944.

Private Huth was killed in action in France, during 1st Battalion's attack against the Quineville ridge
on June 15, 1944.

Frank G. Huth was buried in the temporary U.S. Military Cemetery,
Sainte Mere-Eglise #2 at Carentan, France and some time later
his remains were returned to the United States where he was
reinterred in California.
