Private William H. Fullmer died of dysentery while serving with the 22nd Infantry in the Philippines
on August 2, 1900.

by Lieutenant Colonel Arthur MacArthur (Major General of Volunteers) in his capacity as
Military Governor-General of the Philippines. Private Fullmer's name is the first listed:
