Model M1910 Army issue
canteen and cover
marked for the 22nd Infantry. Individual Soldier's number is at
the bottom,
below the "US" - hard to read - looks like
"117". Above the "US" marking
there also appears to be a marking for Company A.

Model M1910 cartridge
belt with circular disc for Company C 22nd Infantry
The disc can be seen affixed to the cartridge pocket in the upper
left of the photo.
The disc is not an Army approved insignia of any kind, though it
appears
to be designed similar to the collar insignia approved for use
starting in 1903.
