Randy Cox

D 1/8 Infantry
C 1/22 Infantry

1969-1970

Randall D. "Randy" Cox was drafted into the Army on November 14, 1968. He served in the 4th Infantry Division in Vietnam
in 1969-1970. He was first assigned to Company D 1st Battalion 8th Infantry, and when that unit was inactivated,
he was transferred to Company C 1st Battalion 22nd Infantry.

The following pages are from a booklet prepared by Randy describing his military service.

He composed these pages using excerpts from letters he wrote home to his wife Glenda, his memories associated
with dates, supporting details from various sources, and images he gathered to help illustrate his story.

All pages are linked together. Click on NEXT PAGE at the bottom left to go to each successive page in the presentation.
